Absolutely wonderful experience!! They are often short staffed but do the best they can! Keep up the good work! I’m sorry you all have to deal with the mean people leaving reviews as if you all don’t bust your butts everyday to provide good service! Sometimes only one person is working and I still get my usual sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced coffee with little to no wait! Have patience with the staff as they are doing the best they can!

6:59 pm the girl mopping the floor said the oven is closed I give her a one star. The store sign show open until 8 pm today January 1, 2025 at 7:09 pm. I just left quietly shrugging my shoulders. 😂. Maybe she's tired. I give the store staff 4 stars out of 5 because most of clerks and supervisors are really great

Editted Below: (old review from 5 months ago) People are leaving bad reviews but I'm gonna be that exception. They've beefed up their staffing recently and everyone there is super nice! I feel like this location has definitely improved, big time! I enjoy coming here for coffee (: Updating Review: 15MAR2025: i love coming here in the mornings. The ladies already know my order and probably at this point my voice too 🤣🤣🤣 but I absolutely love that they're so nice and kind. I always hit this dunkin whenever I'm in fort walton because they are my location! They're amazing and the staff they have currently are also amazing! I hope they stay forever because I enjoy them so much 💕✨️ ~Shout out to their night shift though. When I was on nights, they always took care of me! Super nice, super awesome and patient. I adore their night crew~

Mobile order took 30 minutes from order to pick up. 2 Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant & 2 of the 10 pcs assorted munchkins. Drive thru was backed up so I decided to go inside. Not sure why I still have to stand in line for a while as if I’m newly ordering my items again. I end up with a bagel to substitute which 10 minutes lapse so by then I was a bit irritated. This newly opened DD is poorly managed unfortunately.

I'm a frequent visitor of this location as it stands far above the other 2 locations in our area. It's on occasion there may be a slight wait, but for the most part I never sit more than 3 to 5min. My coffee is 9 times out of 10 on point and we've yet to be given bad food or donuts. I appreciate these people providing good service to start my day. I will continue to support them as long as they continue to strive to give good service. ☕️☕️🥰
